Does the service start immediately after I pay?No, after the payment has been made, our client rep will contact you ASAP to schedule an onboarding video call. Upon the completion of the onboarding call, and the retrieval of advertising content, day 1 of the first 30 days will begin within 2-3 business days from that day.

What if I want to increase or decrease the ad spend amount?You will inform the client manager, and they will either make the adjustment, request that you send over the unspent ad spend, or arrange to return any ad spend that has yet to be used.

The PR team will then provide you with a questionnaire and a list of required assets for the articles.
