Q:  What is the typical timeline for completing a project, such as an album cover or lyric video?

A: For simpler projects, the timeline is between 10 days to 2 weeks. For more complex projects, such as website creation or lyric videos, the timeline can extend up to 4-6 weeks.

Q:  Can you explain your design process from initial concept to final product?

A: Our design process starts with a mood board of references based on the direction that you provide us through the project database form that our client representative will send to you upon making your purchase. Once we get your approval, we will begin by requesting specific materials and assets that might be needed to deliver your project. Upon the retrieval of these assets, we will begin creating the first draft. Once the first draft is created, we will send it to for your approval or to provide us notes of adjustments that you want to be made for the first revision in an attempt to finalize the project.

Q: How do you handle revisions and what is your policy on the number of revisions allowed?

A: Depending on the project you purchased, we offer a minimum of two free revisions and a maximum of three free revisions, in addition to the initial draft. Any additional revisions beyond the allocated free revisions will incur an additional charge.

Q:  What information and materials do you need from me before starting a project?

A: With each project you purchase, our client representative will send you a form to fill out, detailing your specific requirements. Additionally, depending on the project, we may request various file formats such as JPG, PNG, MOV, MP4, MP3, and vector files to complete the project efficiently.

Q: How do you ensure that the designs you create are unique and tailored to my music and brand?

A: We begin by receiving an explanation of your vision for the purchased project through our project database form. Subsequently, we create and send a mood board with references that align with your vision for your approval. This process ensures that the designs we create are unique and tailored to your music and brand.

Q: How do you communicate progress and updates throughout the project?

A: During the development of your project, our client representative will keep you informed of our progress, including the status of the first draft and the expected delivery timeline, as well as any subsequent revisions. Additionally, you are welcome to contact our client representative with any inquiries, and they will respond within 24-36 hours Monday thru Friday.
